December, Christmas n Shopping

This year I am extremely excited for Christmas, the last few years Christmas was just another holiday and wasnt really into it, until my brother had his kids. Now that i have my first born its a whole other story! Christmas shopping was a success, even though I was on a budget I was able to get my closest family gifts and especially my babygirl. We celebrated Christmas Eve in our home with my parents, bro and inlaw and their two kids. Its always a good time when were together. My mom and I made tamales, and bunuelos, cookies, flan and enchiladas. Everything was delish! The kids made it awake til midnight even though we let them open their gifts around 1130. i woke up my princess so she can open up her gifts as well :) she was half asleep but made it through and she knocked out right after. The following day while being wide awake she enjoyed looking at her gifts all over. She was given lots and lots of clothes, a few toys from me, her first doll, toms and a portable dvd player from her gramma. Also, her auntie gave her a sleeping bad type of blankie it has an attached pillow with a blanket and the other part that she lays on, I dont know what their called? Had never seen one. Her nina bought her a fisher price walker activity car thing that Im sure she'll love but wont be using it til maybe next month when shes 8-9mos. As for myself i didnt get many gifts this year i got two perfume sets, curve and shakira. a sears gift card from my secret santa and my mommy bought me some DCs. oh and of course a bath and body works gift card which i spent right away. My babys first Christmas is something Ill never forget. I love being a mom. I love being Aryannas mom :) Cant wait for the New Yr and her first Bday in May!
